Lifting up the Lord in worship
The maintenance of public worship and the preaching of the gospel.
"And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment." --Mark 12:30

Loving our neighbours as ourselves
The instruction and counseling of all persons in the Christian faith and life and the support of such righteous causes as the Spirit of God might lead the church to promote.
"And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." --Mark 12:31

Leading people to Jesus Christ
The promotion and advancement of Christ's kingdom through a vigorous program of evangelism and the support of missions both at home and abroad.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit..." --Matthew 28:19

Learning and teaching God's Word
The study of the Word of God as the primary source of Christian faith and practice.
"...teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." --Matthew 28:20

We offer a variety of Alpha courses which are open to anyone!  Alpha courses are for everyone interested in discovering what Christianity is about or growing in the Christian faith.  Come, relax, eat, share your thoughts and explore the meaning of life.  Most of our courses are free.  To read detailed course descriptions, choose a course from the "Grow Spiritually" menu on the left.
