Pre Authorized withdrawal is now available for those wanting to give to the church on a regular basis. Pre-authorized withdrawal is a convenient way to give to the church on a regular basis throughout the year, even when you cannot be present. Each week your church offering will be automatically transferred from your bank account. A record of your donation will appear on your bank statement and an annual tax receipt will be issued to you. You can continue to use your Church offering envelopes for special occasions, communion offering or additional giving.
To begin using this option, complete this form (or pick up the form from the office). Return the form to the church office by the 20th of the month that you want to begin giving in this way.
Instructions:
- On the Authorization Form, indicate how much you would like to give, the frequency and the start date.
- Complete the banking information and sign the form.
- Enclose a blank cheque marked “VOID”. This will be used by the bank for verification.
- Return the completed authorization form and the blank cheque in a sealed envelope to the church.
- You can put this on the offering plate marked Attn: to the Treasurer, give it directly to Mike Langille, or leave it at the church office.
You can change the amount of your donation or cancel by notifying the church in writing. To make a change in your giving contact the church treasurer before the 20th of the month.
